Light Source and Exposure: Automatic plate maker is recommendable. Light source: Iodine-Gallium lamp/Metal halide lamp. Exposure Condition - Step tablet: 3 step clear, Power of Light: 4 kw, Time: 15-25 seconds.

Developer: Dongfang positive developer of universal positive developer is recommended. Dilution - 1 (developer): 3 (water).
Recommended Developer Temperature 26 - 28degree by machine
Development Time: 30 seconds

Shelf Life: 18 - 24 months when stored in a dark, cool and dry space.
Recommended Processing: Automatic plate processor is recommended.

Our Factory is based in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province (P. R. China), along the famous Ningtong Highway, near Taizhou-Port in the Yanzi River. Covering 22, 000 square meter, our factory is running three advanced production lines, with an annual capacity of 20 million squares meters.
Three Sales & Service Centers located in Guanzhou, Shenzhen and Shanghai provide an accurate service focusing on different needs like post sale service, logistics, insurance and others support facilities. Totally the company employs around 300 people, (including) workers and qualified personal.
